I don't know if this has ever happened to you or not, but I went to a job interview the other day (not that I really need a job, but thought I would do it just for grins)...
...and towards the end of the interview, the owner asked me what I wanted for compensation.
I replied:
1.) First, I would like commission on everything I sell, and I want to see that percentage increase based on my volume of sales.
2.) Second, I want to set my own schedule, and work only when I want to.
3.) Third, I want to get paid every day.
4.) Fourth, I want residual income.
5.) Fifth, when do I start?
After the owner recovered from shock, he almost fell out of his chair laughing, and said,
“You must be sick in the head, or dreaming! You'll NEVER find an opportunity like that ANYWHERE! And if you do, let me know about it, because I want to work there too!".
So, I gave him my business card.
Now he works WITH me, not FOR me.
So... the question is: how is YOUR job treating YOU?
